Clubs that last are built on purpose

We have built a flagship ultra-private club in Manhattan, revived a historic club in Miami Beach and launched membership brands for New York's emerging artists. Now we help developers, owners and boards do the same.

Build: new clubs

For developers, hotel groups and founders opening a club. Concept and audience, membership tiers and pricing, dues and F&B pro forma, design brief, hiring the GM and team, pre-opening calendar and the first year of operations.

Reposition: established clubs

For city, beach, yacht, athletic and country clubs facing a renovation, an aging membership or a new direction. On-site diagnostic, member listening sessions, capital and assessment modeling, F&B and programming reset, and a reopening plan that keeps the members who are paying for it.

Next Generation: younger members

For clubs that need the next generation to join and stay. Junior and young-professional tiers, cultural and wellness programming, and the service changes younger members expect, drawn from building membership brands for a younger creative audience.

How an engagement works

  1. Diagnostic. Two to three days on-site, then a written report with findings and the cost of each.

  2. Plan. Recommendations with numbers attached, ready for the board or investors.

  3. Implementation. Monthly advisory, on-site as needed, through opening or reopening.

What we bring

  1. An operator's eye for service, staffing and culture

  2. Membership economics: tiers, dues, initiation, attrition and break-even

  3. Financial models boards and lenders trust

  4. Discretion
